My name is Ali and I am from a small town in the West of Ireland.

I am currently a Marketing and Events Director in Dublin.

A major interest of mine outside of my job is wellness, positivity and balanced living.

I’ve always had a lot of interests, hobbies and projects buzzing around in my head – this blog is where they all come together.

Think of it as a safe space to learn to love yourself from the outside in, and a reminder that it’s never too late to grow into the best version of the you that already exists.

But here’s the thing, maybe you don’t have several projects running, that’s perfectly okay too! You can be in your own bubble and thrive 🌷

In life, we all bring something to the table! If we were all the same, where would the diversity be? I offer these thoughts but I just know you offer guidance and stories in various ways.
